Lots of different opinions on this one.  Personally I don't follow the Blog Roll.  To each his own.  It is real estate related, so ... although it may be something that is not appreciate, it is allowed.

I'm always looking for unique content and posts as I find those are the ones I learn the most from.  When I see the same type of post over and over again, I tend not to look at them.  I'd be more likely to look at them if they were spaced out over a period of time.
