     At 11:00AM today I was at the grand opening of the new Popeye's on Apalachee Parkway.   The franchise owner was there to greet customers.  They were handing out Mardi Gras beads as you entered.  About two dozen employees were singing, "Love that Chicken From Popeye's"  as they worked.  

    They gave me free extra mashed potatoes with my chicken and biscuits.  It was so exciting that instead of my usual "to go" order, I dined in.

    I am still motivated!
