Bread and butter ('bill-payin' and tequila dough') is commercial leases, usually office, retail, industrial.

And Niles is correct. There have been homes offered for 1B, but no one's been a taker at that price. Yet.

My sales vary... but on average I'd say somewhere between $400-450K. Charlotte is not the place for billion dollar luxury homes. In reality, my target market is the referred and repeat client... and I'm happy to help them regardless of purchase or sale price.

I actually have no interest in gadzillion dollar clients...I will stick with my market where I am happy to help a first time homebuyer get into a $140k condo with city assistance or sell million dollar houses, which are not considered luxury here.  Many of them are just customized tract homes.  Bread and butter on average $500-600k and no special wardrobe required.
