The phone ringing at 11:30 at night with a question that could have waited until the next morning.

That we have feelings even though we conceal them and that we can be hurt even though we don't show it. We want the best for them, but sometimes they can take liberties with our kindness. We're not the enemy. Cut that shit out.

    If they found out how easy this job is, they would not swap back.  So I won't do it.

Rejection and Objections over and over and over and still having to smile and get up every day and get after it.

The incessant text messages and phone calls - seriously, the text messages would send them back to their job in about 2 hours!!

I'd like some clients to keep the hours I do and be on point to take calls, put out fires, be proactive and check on files, prospect everywhere you go and to have an upbeat attitude all the way to the last call or text of the day at 9 or 10 PM.

Though many of my clients have better bodies than I do, I have no desire to trade with anyone.

It has taken years to be able to handle the amount of pressure and stress that comes with my real estate career.  I wouldn't put anyone else in my shoes.  Too much love for my fellow man and woman.

The gazillion text you receive from them about something out of your control or anything period. Also, I want them to experience the lack of response and the crickets we get from the other side of the transaction. So they would hopefully stop asking about stuff from sources we can not control.

The list of people I'd like to swap bodies with is a very long and very impressive list.  Maybe the head of NAR, long enough to disolve NAR.  Maybe that guy who plays Thor or some rap star livin' large with a mansion and six cars that are paid for.  Best yet, Governor Jerry Brown!  Oh the laws I could enact that would make California Great Again... and I'd endorse a Republican for Governor.

I've been messed with enough over the past 8 days.... screw that...

It's funny because I drove someone for dental surgery this morning and thought to myself, 'You couldn't pay me enough money to stick my fingers in a mouth!!" 
I think most clients may not fully understand 'what we do' but I think deep down, they realize how hard we work and wouldn't want to trade with us to endure the sleepless nights and excessive crazy hours we put into each deal!

I'd let them sit in my office for a day and do all the nitpicky things I do to keep a transaction going towards to closing table, which they rarely see us do. 

I would want my clients to experience themselves in my shoes. Literally, just swap places and see how "easy" it is.  

By the way, I won $1,500 on a $10 lottery scratcher on Friday 13th!!!

I'd love for my clients to see how much goes on behind the scenes - how many phone calls and emails are exchanged, meetings held, trips to the building department, etc on their behalf.

Friday the 13th is just another day and not anything special for me.
