Such a big topic and what hasn't been already covered and covered and covered. All you need to do is google the topic. Sorry to say, but I didn't learn anything new in your time management post that I hadn't heard before (however well written).

I would like to know how to measure the effectiveness of advertising.

Depending on what topics you are planning to cover. Marketing can be various shades..Social media, print, blogging, personal, targeted, listing marketing etc. 

If you do plan to write, my personal thoughts are: to pick a niche topic and explore in depth. Share the tools that can help and not just a business idea that I can google.

For me, I like to dive into how I can complete the same marketing that all these sales people offer for such high prices. I can do the same at no additional cost and get the same or better results 

Gee ... no one's ever covered marketing for realtors before .... NOT. You are talking to a very upper level group that is already doing marketing for many years. This is not internet kindergarden.

Just pick a topic & hope you get readership.

Again, let me state some blogging ettiquette - If you are a marketer you should know this from other platforms. Stop offering links to read your posts. They either get read or they don't. Write great stuff & you will get a following. We just discussed this last week here in the Q's about others constantly doing this. Quit it.

Write interesting content over time and I will find you.  Eventually.

Honestly, I'm quite good with my level of knowledge and there isn't anything I'm really focusing on at the moment.

      Everyone is looking for the magic pixie dust that will bring them leads.  Get rich quick while lounging by the pool.

     Since that will never happen, we are looking for the best ROI on our time and dollars spent on marketing.

Best practices for integrating crm, social media, drip customer communications, all your technologies and keeping it all safe.

Best and easiest way to attract new clients not just leads but active interested clients.. separate topics for Sellers and Buyers most info I find indicates finding real leads for Sellers doesn't work well online.

Which lead gen companies have the lowest fees and the best results. Now that will take some research.

I think that whaat I really need to learn is best learned in a classroom setting, but thanks
