I believe the second line blank filler is; smoke too. It may not just be the stagers that are smoking too much grass in this situation.

Okay before AR takes my edit button away here's my updated answer and thank you John and Rocker:

"The virtual staging company is on fleek because they grow and distribute much grass. For free! For their customers for a limited time."😎

I do not like virtual staging when the pictures are not identified as so. We saw what looked like a beautiful home online, all pictures were virtual staged and we wasted an hour drive to the seacoast to see it. The home was a fun down mess in real life

The RIGHT CHARLOTTE REALTOR!

Virtually Staging Properties is who I use, Sally. Here is a sample of one that I used when I was the 4th agent and knew that staging is what was missing in the house. The house sold right away! I swear by it for vacant properties! And, this one was beautiful - buyers just can't 'see' the room sizes/potential.

Think about it - that's why builders sell more of the home floorplans that are staged models on-site! Buyers NEED to see what they can do with a place!

I would suggest using a real staging company, there should be several to choose from in your area.

We offer real staging through our own staging company. We use real furniture...not virtual furniture. I do not see the benefit in virtual staging except, I am guessing, for cost and convenience. Visitors to the property will see an empty house, thus negating the value of the virtual staging.

I have seen some great virtual staging. Once I went to a home that had some messy tenants. The listing agent posted virtual staging photos inside the door of each room so you could see what it could look like. I wondered when the tenants thought of it.

Although I haven't used them for virtual staging yet, RealTourInc.com is my go to company for photography, virtual tour, floor plan company and they are now offering virtual staging. I like them because they are a woman owned business and they have excellent customer service.

I did have a professional photographer put a mattress on a bed frame for me once.  Not sure if I can find the photo, but he did a fantastic job and it fixed an otherwise ugly photo.  But not sure about a complete house.
