#1 Scheduling appointments to show a lisitng.  Kinda like scheduling an appointment with any professional.  Call and see when are the available times that’s convenient for All involved....such as the seller and listing agent, instead of calling and telling the listing agent when they are coming and have already scheduled with their buyer.
