Don't know who they are, although they tend to be real friendly, and they want to buy or list my house.

Beyond agent farming efforts, notes received are generally equal to notes written, especially if they are personal acknowledgment notes.

Almost never - I do get cards with personal notes. That would fall somewhere beyond C - more than 6 months.
