I don't think it's a good idea to stray from the norm. I've seen many that have changed here & in WP & it looks terrible.

I stick worth the basics and let the message create its own warmth and happiness! Too many fonts are fuzzy and hard to read!

Now that is something I've never associated with a font! At the end of the day, different strokes for different folks and I bet if you actually found a font with those characteristics, there'd be a whole group of people who didn't see it that way. And I do have to agree with Kathleen Daniels' response.

I find warm and fuzzy more in the actual words than the font.  Whatever you choose, it needs to be easy to read.

I don't have a specific suggestion. Easy to read is best and make the words you share convey the message you want.

Whatever search engines prefeered is the best to select and being able to read it with less than 20 20 vision brings in more of the pair of peepers in the online audience. Whatever you use, make it consistly used to build identity. Forget old English. If it is on a yard sign, less is more in the amount of copy.

There are LOTS of online font finders. Find one that is closest to what you want then use the finder to find the rest.

Comic or Chiller tend to work for me when I need something informal.

There are so many fonts these days... I love it that people actually think about what they use. It is important in advertising to never use more than 3 fonts in one ad...or business cards or anything... A good Font choice does make a difference!

And Comic Sans is open and Friendly and Consistent in spacing!
