I don't get any one question on a regular basis... depends on the client. Sellers, of course, always want to know what their home is worth. Buyers always looking for that "deal." I tell them we need to find them the right house and not the deal. Although they do often ask how much a seller will accept. I just tell them I don't know... let's write an offer and negotiate.

It does vary but for both Sellers and Buyers usually one of the first questions will have to do with money in one way or the other

What will we net

What will it cost me

What are the closing costs

These types seem to be the most common opening questions but its not a hard and fast rule
