I create my own using publisher. That way they are original and I can design the layout and color anyway I want.

I usually design my own with Publisher ... that way I can have consistency - just change out text and photos ... when consumers get in the mail it becomes recognizable and synonomous to me!

We developed our own, but then had them uploaded to Bear Printing. Xpress docs also has quality templates.

Similar to many others on here, I have used Publisher for Custom Flyers. You really can design anything you want on there. My website can also make me a Flyer in about 1 minute so if time is of the essence I will go that route.

I'm with Kathleen Daniels on this. I use "Scribus" which is an open source and 100% free alternative to Publisher or Pagemaker. I've been using the same template now for about 20 years, with a few minor tweaks here and there over the years.

There are SO MANY!
However, I may suggest your greater concern is the media on which it is printed. If good copy paper is all that is needed, Publisher is the solution.
However, if you need Display STOCK, or other extra thick media and your printer is without the rear-feed slot, you will need to outsource to a provider who can. Find a POD with flatbed printing service and you have your solution. I have yet to find anything VISTAPRINT can not do. However, shipping fees may make a local printer a really good option if they provide you with a modifiable template.

I generally just use those generated by my CRM, eEdge.
Others here use Canva.
