Are they experienced investors?
If they are new to it i.e. first investment property perhaps a professional sketch or drawing of the property framed as a reminder

Try to tailor it to their personality but ideally something that stays with them and reminds them of you...

I don't know that an investor would need a gift so it depends on you knowing the client and what would be apprecaited as a thank you. ( A Lowe's card, restaurant card, etc.)
