Check with Farm Bureau. In Virginia, we have Farm Credit. https://www.farmcreditofvirginias.com/home.aspx plus other lenders around here do farm loans. I think presidential Mortgage does them? Hi William, we have an agra-access product that offers 30 year loans on farm properties (provided they're residential as well) however we're not licensed in Minnesota, unfortunately. 

 

I believe the product is available in 50 states though if you can find a Minnesota lender with the same or similar ---- I post only to let you know the product is out there!
