My preference is working with sellers.  There is a lot you can do in a day, and you can have more of a schedule.  There are also a lot more skill sets used.  Buyers are fun to work with, but are so time intense.  

I would never dream of focusing on just one, though.  It takes knowledge of both to truly help either type of client.

It's all good. As long as they are truly ready, willing and able. 

Buyers with cash, and Sellers with desirable properties who will price correctly and make it easy to show.

I do both about equally although there are times when I'm more heavily weighted in one direction versus the other. When I have more buyers than sellers I miss the sellers. When I have more sellers than buyers I miss the buyers.

Listings are easier than buyers most of the time and they spark my inner marketing junkie.

Yes, it has been a shift for me, too.  I like working with buyers but you can only work with so many at one time.  I'd have to vote for sellers over buyers!

I do both.  I work with investors so sometimes they buy through the MLS and I represent them, but I always get their listings.

I prefer listings. Most of my business today is listing. I will work with buyers if it makes sense to do so.  I will always take care of past clients and referrals no matter what.

Listings, I think it is more fun. I am currently working with 2 buyers though right now.

When I was active I preferred listings but never turned down motivated buyers!

we're listing agents.... when  a buyer calls or is referred, they will work it... we will always be the buyers' agent for our sellers if they stay within the counties we work....

I'm having a 70:30 year (sellers: buyers).  My preferencee?  Honestly, whomever is truly motivated and realistic.  Of course, it's easier to leverage time with sellers.

For years I have been about 50/50. I really like the marketing part with listings, but find Buyers fun too.

I tend to work more with listings but also enjoy working with  buyers. 

Listings for the more part but I also enjoy our buyers as we've known many of them for years and years and they're like family to us.

I've always preferred listings, but work with both.
