No it does not. Actually not something I have thought about, however, I thought if you use certain browsers (like Edge) you can have all text read aloud? I use it for reading long docs when I'm working on other projects (multi-tasking) ... IMHO

Yes. Videos to explain the real estate process, to talk to the buyer in the auio tract of the properties for sale. Don't waste your audio tract in your videos with only music beds. Add the sound to the sight and sound combination. Audio is 40% of your real estate video. Have your story told with video, not just read read and a few images salt and peppered into the mix.
