People who understand the value of exceptional service will not be looking for a Black Friday or Cyber Monday Special.  

Those who shop at discounts stores will be looking for specials.  Perhaps even demanding them. 

I am not a WalMart of KMart service provider. Business as usual for me on Black Friday, Cyber Monday and all the days in between.
