Yes... covered what I'm doing in the Active Rain challenge of a couple of months ago to discuss our 4th quarter marketing plans.

Your website, your print advertising, your social media and video channels should all reflect the season to show you are fresh, current. Pretty hard to miss the Christmas trees and decorations when you hustle not hibernate to increase your real estate listing inventory. Your ho ho ho mistletoe and garland are pretty obvious. Just remember to double back and replace those snow images, to remove the balsam fir or scotch pine in the corner of the living room after the tinsel and colored lights are tucked away.

I may advertise a few Christmas events for our church.

My marketing is not seasonal so no for me.

I am not doing anything special for my Christmas marketing, but I appreciate reading about what others are doing, as it gives me examples of things that I could probably do!

Nope, not now that I'm retired, BUT when I was active I was one of very few who advertised "Merry Chistmas" as opposed to Happy Holidays Peter Mohylsky .

Its an opportunity that comes once a year so the consensus is...do something. But your question sheds a further light. Just what works and how.....remains

375 Christmas cards to send out to past clients and friends. Not really special but something we have been doing for 15 years and we get a great response from it.

Just the normal stuff.  Staying in front of past clients, sending out some cards...  nothing ground breaking but from the heart.  

every year I do a full page thanking clients in Franklin....

Just do Christmas cards and some popbys with a few A+ clients.   Marketing out day after Christmas.

Absolutely!    Very important to stay "top of mind" and December is the best month to reach out - especially if you might have missed staying on track with one or two during the year when you were so busy working with active clients.    I will be delivering my homemade Cinnamon Rolls again in December as well as send out my catalog and home made cards!
