You have 3 of the same Q. Could you please delete 2 of them? As to your Q: my area is all about garages, and a specific garage for a golf cart is not necessary. Also, we have a private marina with no GC anywhere near and many of the residents have golf carts to ride down to the marina. It's hilarious. There's one that looks like the T-Bird from American Graffiti, one called The Purple People Eater and you can imagine what that looks like, etc.

The same amount that it takes to change a light bulb.

I'd imagine quite a few. Especially in a retirement area.

   We have a couple of neighborhoods where you can legally drive golf carts on the street.  Not just golf course neighborhoods, but some of the beach communities to our South.

If i bought a home on a golf course it would be a must. But i want one of those fancy golf carts not the run of the mill rental. It would have to be an area that had golf cart parking at the 19th hole too though.

It's quite common out here in AZ.

I have had a few but many, even golfers, do not want to live right next to the course due to noise and golf balls.
