I personally have always had a service contract with a HVAC company that does that for me and I use a $100 april fresh filter.  So what then?  Frankly the quality of air filters add years to the life of the system and unless you are dropping bucks I think it's not a good idea.

Now that is what I call 'out of the box.'

This could become very expensive. Some TRANE air filters run $36.

However, if an agent were to calculate what a new client costs, $36 is a BARGAIN.

Hmmm, here in Florida, many houses have intake filters mounted, what appears to be, 3,000 feet above floor level.  Since you got the ladder in there already, do the smoke detectors too.

Your idea has real fabric that goes far above staying in touch. It is about the value of working with Erika.

What a novel and fantastic idea, Erika Rae Albert, Austin Real Estate Expert ... and it sends a valuable message to the recipient.  It "clears the air" and they'll have no doubt that you want to continue to serve them and their needs.

Air filters don't have to cost that much ... just make sure they know it's coming from you.  Attach that business card!

Whatever works... how long do you plan to do this for each client? I have a house with multiple sizes and lots of ducts... it could get a bit expensive over time as your client base grows.

That is a great idea. We actually have a service that does that for homeowners. I was considering it for my own home simply for the convenience. Your idea is even better because they will know it is from you. Now if you could just figure out a way to put yur contact info on the filters.
