There are MANY highly efficient CRM that perform the functions you mention at a fraction of the cost.

Salesforce has been spamming me though 'submission' options on my real estate websites. In essence LEADS that are not leads at all. How do YOU feel about that?

There is only one aspect of saleforce that is uniquely beneficial, not found on traditional real estate designed CRMs, to the real estate agent. That function/aspect does not appear on your list.

Salesforce is the perennial powerhouse in enterprise CRM solutions, it is not the best fit for the solo agent.

I use Hubspot Victoira and I like a lot! I think salesforce is good for a medium size brokerage...

Victoria, I have considered goin g to Salesforce but haven't done that yet. At $1800 per year I think it offers a lot. What I have done rpeviolusly is invest in their stock. Bdeen one of my best investments. They look currently to be the leader in AI driven CRMs.

I've heard great things about SalesForce but, never signed up for it. I believe they get good reviews but, it may be a bit pricier than other CRMs out there.

There are many CRMs out there and many geared specifically towards real estate.  Liondesk, Top Producer, Hubspot, Bitrix just to name a few.  Some may need more customization than others, but RE focused ones will be better starting points than a generic one like Salesfarce.

i paid for one year but it is too complicated. I consider it a waste of money and time for a solo realtor, yet great for big company.

I think it's overkill. It's good for general business but after adding on all the extras you would be overpaying and wishing it could do more. You would especially need to add marketing tools and the other options you would hope to integrate would not quite work without some custom programming.
