Buzz Mackintosh Most combo lockboxes are toys and should never be used.

However, there are a few out there that are secure, although most agents who use combo boxes are too cheap to buy the better ones.

Check out this Master Lock Bluetooth lockbox.

Oh yeah. Combo boxes are also easy to just cut off with bolt cutters.
I want Supra boxes on listings - or key in the office.

If we MUST  (as with REOs) have a combo for the contractors/vendors . . . they are VERY well concealed.

Not all of them are easy to pick. Sellers decide what type of lockbox they want on their house, or no lockbox at all. No type lockbox will stop someone from getting into a house if they want to break in.

I learned from a video online. I kept having lockboxes left by bank REO preservation companies. I learned how to get them off so I could free up the lockset for my buyers. Ultimately, they ended up in my lockbox collection.
