Emails to the database.
I toouched on it on the other question, but most leads i meet in person. AT Dunkin Donuts, at the market, at school events or sporting events. I bring my IPAD PRO with me. I have them sign up, i ask them for their Email and send info on the spot. They love how i act quick and follow through with what i said i would do.
I get 80+% of my business from repeat clients and referrals. I actually don't call my sphere all the regularly.... people are busy. I touch them regularly in other ways each month so they always know I'm there. I get some leads from mt website, some leads from sign calls.
Networking with vendors
Get to know & build a relationship with Builder reps in new home communities
Web visitors from the content I put up.
Emails to my sphere of influence.
Also, I am starting a new email list and that is a list of agents (who I personally know) that may have a buyer for a listing (targeted by location).
Phone calls, door knocking, open houses, lead generation companies and more provide less than 50% of our business. SOI is best!
Blogging, social media and video
Being involved in the community. Charities, sports, and politics.
That is highly dependent on how long one has been in the business.
10+ years - 80%+ will be referral
5-10 Years - Surrogate sources
1-5 years - hustling.
direct mail marketing
networking with the right people
we only need those two....
We have knocked internet leads out of the park.
Friends, Past clients, my website.
My best lead source is me writing handwritten notes to my sphere. I send these out every week to a few at a time and cover everyone over a 90 day period.
I have gotten a few from mailers. Facebook is good as well. Website is best.
Include your web address in all things blogged and people will go there. They Sign up then you are off and running.
Wherever you go....there you are. So is opportunity. May you meet & greet
Try Mail Chimp and send out newsletters by email.
Combination. Rotate. What works for one potential customer might not work for another.
BTW Mailers, postcards, etc. go directly in the trash bin outside our garage and we do NOT answer unknown calls on our cell phones.
