My focus is sellers.

Am I happy with the results?  I am satisfied knowing the conditions under which agents must work. I am unhappy that so little is being done or even discussed to allow agents to be the agents of change instead of causalities.

Some years I have done nothing but listings other years I have a mix of both. My focus is on listing yet I do work with buyers - past clients, referrals, etc. however I do not seek buyers out. As my market changes that may change as well.
