Neither! I am thoroughly enjoying IXACT. Low cost, low maintenance and high efficiency. It's so user-friendly, you won't believe it!

You are not comparing apples to apples here. Are you talking about a CRM? Market leader sells leads and websites and supports them with a CRM. I got rid of both of them over the past few years, myself.

Shelley,
I think Top Producer is like a Swiss Army Knife, too many functions that you are not necessarily going to use...However it may work for you. You really should test drive both. I have no opinion on Market Leader. I am sure someone will give you their opinion. A

My experience from years ago was TP engages in too much nickle and diming and is an exception based system meaning the learning curve never ends.
ML,, the one I last used had everything I actually needed and learning was linear. I stopped with my business goals were done. Although they do have add'ons I felt I needed NONE of them.
Both are industry stalwarts and have products of exceptional reliability and support.
If I were to choose between to two again. I would go with ML. Linear. lower actual cost for the things I need to use. Now, ML has been under new ownership since my last subscription. I is highly likely to have become more predatory under the new leadership.

I am not familiar with either with the exception of the names. They both have been around for quite a while. If it is possible to test drive them each, that is what I would suggest.

Shelley, If you can tell me exactly what you desire from these products and your monthly spend I might be able to share my insights better. As they are both very different in many ways. Top Producer is mainly a CRM & what I believe to be complicated. And If it is complicated you WILL NOT use it. Market Leader is a CRM with the option of purchasing leads. But it does have some nice drip campaigns etc.. Again... Please share your $$$ Budget. Thanks

Have not used Top Producer; had Market Leader for a while. The latter was okay with website, nice options for creating flyers and mailing stuff, but I always had the sense that they were using my contacts to sell as leads to other agents. I dropped them.

No feedback as I have not used either. I use Realty Juggler and my brokerage is not providing KvCore at no cost. So I'm learning Kv which is much more powerful than Realty Juggler. Not sure I'm going to use the add'l features though.

If you are not tech savvy TP will frustrate you ! Have you checked out Realty Juggler ?

TP is a clunker piece of garbage. Market leader is too expensive for my blood. A little investigative work here for a CRM will serve you well. Lots of good programs for you to choose. We discuss it at least twice a month ad nauseum.

I haven't used either so I can't really say. If you're not sure, then maybe there is another choice out there worth comparing to TP and ML.
