They look like very formidable opponents.  The place looks beautiful and perhaps you photos are very suitable for the environment. Nothing like a couple of good mousers to keep the cabin by the lake in Maine rodent free.

ARGH. NO people or animals in the pictures! The owner should have relocated the kittycats. They're adorable, but there was no need.

Also, the dead animals needed to be removed. They're actually worse than the cats, although they don't offend me.

We were talking about this last night. Neutral will attract the most buyers at the best price.

Yes I have & you need a 'wrangler' to help you with a couple of hand movements telling them to blow out of the dining room. Nothing worse than anti-animal people seeing them sitting on the table that they eat off of.

Andrew,

This remind me of a very large luxury rome that was also a cat shelter  with a medical facility in one of the most prestigious areas in Sonoma County..  They took in older cats that no one wanted.  In order to show the house, the owners had to move all the cats out.  So showings were rare and far between.  Our client finally found the sellers a large ranch with  a perfect outbuilding for the cats, as well as a large luxury home for themselves.

Then after a deep cleaning, the property sold.  A

The RIGHT CHARLOTTE REALTOR!

I was showing a home yesterday that had cats left out and about in the home. One of the buyers said, "Oh, I love dogs but, hate cats - I would never buy a house from a crazy cat person!"

Well, you know that didn't sit well with me - I said, 'I'm assuming you're not judging me for being a 'crazy cat person?'

Oh, the stammering that followed!

As much as I love cats, I do advise sellers that every buyer is not a cat person and that it's best to have them secured not only for showings but, also for photos.

We don't want to limit our buyer pool by rubbing something in their faces for which they may not share our passion!

Those trophy animals on the wall and in the rafters are what sell many of our properties.

Live cats on the other hand often leave an odor that spells Opportunity for many investors.

I recently listing a fairly small house which had a two generation family living there with their 4 dogs, 3 cats, 2 snakes, a frog and a large parrot. The owners were really good about securing the animals for showings which, of course, were by appointment only.

Love the cats in the picture! They appear quite resolute! Serirously, have never had a problem getting a home photographed, though, because it had pets. But this house needs more of a cleanup for photos than just the cats.
