EXTREMELY!!  I represent all-cash buyers for 99.999% of my buyer business.  They can close as soon as escrow can draft the deed paperwork (2-3 days at most).  There is no need for an appraisal (usually 10 days to get an appraiser out to inspect the home) and no loan process (10-30 days, depending on the lender, typically 30 days).  Standard financed transaction is 30-40 days.

You bet - if you have agents who guide the clients properly through the Due Dliigence period and are on the ball! Title search can take 3-4 days so, if the agents are on the ball, it can be done in 7-10 days fairly easily.

It can be done in a day.

However, the buyer just might want to complete a title search to verifiy they are buying ONLY the house and not hidden debt.

That could add a day or two.

FAST, GOOD or CHEAP. Take care regarding the two you can choose. The cost is the one left out.

Absolutely.  Since there is no loan process, depending on any other contingencies, it can be much faster and in some cases, just as soon as the title work can be done.

Cash buyer only needs to fill out escrow or attorney paperwork. Then they wire transfer funds. Cash can close in 3 days. I can close a loan in 7 days.

MUCH faster. Also, the costs associated with obtaining a loan are eliminated so it's cheaper to pay all cash. Now. Why aren't you leveraging your money with some financing? There may be reasons to not tie up all your cash in the purchase, depending on your financial goals. At any rate, it's best to have some equity in your house when you walk in the door. Either because you bought right, and or made a decent DP. The buying right won't help you until you resell, though.

Typically yes,  but depends on what is negotiated with the seller, and getting through the due diligence period. Just becuase a buyer can close quickly does not mean the seller is ready to move out that fast.

I sell many bank owned and investment properties, the buyers are all cash and most close in 7 to 14 days. When getting a mortgage, it is 30-45 days and for VA or FHA, could be 60 days.
