I have not. I do not recall a time when it would be fitting and appropriate. Most people expect to see color photos in the MLS and marketing material.

Personally, I love black and white photography. But I can't say I've ever used it for MLS nor do I recall seeing black and white photos.

I can't recall doing it but I believe  I have seen it used before as a photo(one or two, not all) when a historic property is being sold. I am careful of saying NEVER.

Co-founder of my brokerage had a listing that had some old B&W photos that came from an old magazine or newspaper article. They were from when the home was built and an article about the home was written. She did post them on the MLS, but it was nothing like the example you posted.
