Ok I feel a bit hypocritical as someone anonymously called us out for giving snippy answers to "ANONYMOUS" questions here.

I do believe there are real reasons to ask questions anonymously and its possible you have one for asking this fairly simple question anonymously but... honestly this question could easily be answered by the use of a decent public library or a simple internet search.

I can understand not knowing the answer but don't understand why you are asking it in an anonymous format?

A title company can probably give you a brochure explaing it so you have a working knowledge. Never give advice to customers, that is an attorney's job!

Hello Guy! I have a personal story to share: My credit score was 553 (poor), that I had already given up in achieving my short-term goals (which included buying a bigger house for my family and getting a better paying job). Of course these goals seemed far-fetched and almost impossible due to my bad credit history and low score. I decided to try {SCEPTER007@WORKMAIL.COM} after hearing about his services on a Facebook page. Indeed he was highly recommended with so many positive reviews to his name. Then i took all faith and went ahead to work with him. This singular decision i took appeared to be the best decision i took in my entire life. His services yielded results in no time, which was amazing. He began to systematically remove negative items from my credit reports and before i knew it, they were all gone. In less than 7 Days my credit score had risen over 200 points to 758 (very good) on all 3 credit bureaus. I've been so elated and over-the-moon about these new changes at this point of my life, all made possible solely to this talented professional. I thereby challenge you all to go for the best professional to fix your credit for the better. His email address is provided for easy contact. Make sure to also drop your testimony as i just did in future to help others.
