Hi Richie... since the official definition of collusion is: "secret or illegal cooperation or conspiracy, especially in order to cheat or deceive others"  I would say it doesn't meet the test. When I was at USC grad program, there were among the grad students supposed Romanov contenders to the throne, as well as some in the grad program at the University of Minnesota. Does this count Richie Alan Naggar and Nina Hollander ? In 2006 I was in Shuya, with 23 other people. We were picked and detained by the KGB (FSB now) for 8 hours in Ivanovo. We were working in the orphanages and because we gave gifts of dolls and toy trucks to the kids they say we violated our Visa's. Now my finger and hand prints along with a mug shot are part of Russian records.
