We text seller every time there's a showing - just as an FYI. Since we have agents call us prior to showings, we request that after each viewing that showing agt give their or their buyers feedback and we then forward to the sellers.
We believe in total transparency and feedback helps give sellers a true view of what the marketplace thinks about their property and/or price.
We know many agents may think wow on every showing but it really only takes secs and builds a lot of trust and credibility with our clients :)
