No, never heard of any of the three things you asked about in Q&A, I will have to check into it.

After looking a the links you put on a recent post you wrote on your blog - I think this along with the Installment methods is simply part of owner financing. One only has to pay tax on income received in any given tax year - thus owner financing allows one to spread out the income realized from a sale over many years. I'm not positive, but I  think that is what is being talked about here and I have done this method several times. Works great for both seller and buyer.
