I recommend the one you will like.  If I were you, I would go to a store and check out your choices.  If you want to check  out photo quality, check out Apple's new Earth Day Video done with their phone.  It is called Don't Mess With Mother Earth...We are fans of Apple because of their unparalleled customer service.  That is my guiding value, and if it costs more, it is worth my Peace of Mind.    As far as Google is concerned, I am not a fan of theirs other than their search functionality, and your privacy may be at stake...just my opinion as I saw it happen with Gmail.  One minute your emails were private, next minute they admitted they were not.,..Ultimately you will find what you like and that is all that matters.  A

I've been a Samsung user for years and years. Just upgraded to the S10 and am very happy with it.  Verizon is my service provider. Although I could probably get a less expensive plan, I'm always happy with the coverage and customer service. 

I have been using iPhone for many years. 

I have the iPhoneX and love it. I'm all about the syncing ability from my laptop to my phone to my ipad, calendar sharing capabilities and the customer service provided by Apple - not to mention the freedom from viruses.

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy 8+. A couple of years behind the current latest and greatest, but it has great features and was lower priced due to being an older model. I'll probably upgrade when the Samsung 11 model comes out to a 9 or 10, depending on the price difference.  Phone works fine when the cell service is strong, not so much when service is spotty.

Galaxy Note 9, great phone, great pics, Sprint. I think the provider depends on what part of the country you are in.

I've always had an iphone.... presently an iphone 8plus.... everyone loves the photos I take.... I use AT & T....

Verizon is the best quality, and ATT may be the worst.

I have used Samsung for many years.

I went back and forth with that. I guess it depends how you want to use it. I wound up purchasing the Google Pixel 3 Plus.  I'm still learning it and don't have many complaints

Since I had to give up my Blackberry kicking and screaming, I've been a Samsung Galaxy girl and have never had any issues with any of their phones and I've been through the Galaxy 3, 5, 6, 7, and now have an 8+. I'll be sticking with what has worked for me for years.

I was an avid iPhone use, but then discovered the Google Pixel.... LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!  Would never go back to an iPhone..  

I like my Android (Samsung Galaxy 8+) ... does everything I want and need it to do!  I will be updating soon!

I switched to the Google Pixel II, Camera is the best and it is android based. Had a Samsung and the Verizon salesman sold me on the benefits of why it is the best phone right now.

I went to Apple kicking and screaming 10 years ago when my Blackberry no longer worked with the real estate apps that I use. Currently I have the 8 plus and am very happy with it and the photo quality. We have been with AT&T since forever (back before it was AT&T) and have had our cell phones with them since we got our first in the early 90's. We have excellent coverage and no desire to change carriers..

I definitely would not recommend P20. That is Huawei product with back door to China-your banking info.

Pixel is made in Taiwan Google went there to set up its design center last year. Possibly better and safer (security) to use. 

iPhone is my choice. But you need to pay more for stereo lens.  Apple price is high compared to Chinese phones which cost about 1/2.  The Chinese are complaining about Apple phone which is behind with features & boring looks.  Almost every Chinese, Korean phone has 3 lenses. Stereo and zoom cheaper than iPhone.

I use the Iphone X and LOVE IT. This fall the 11 should be out but the X does everything i need and more. The 10S offers an expanded ability with pictures. I use the "Everything" plan with Sprint, no limits on anything and you can add phones to bring the cost way down

I am an iPhone guy and have AT&T for service. Both work well for me.

I was looking at the Pixel 3 yesterday because it was half off with Fi activation (which I already am on).  It's a nice phone, but not that much different than my Nexus 6p that's around 5 years old now.

If I did change, I'd probably go with the Librem 5 from Puri.sm  It's an open source and privacy focused phone.  None of the tracking software that Apple and Google cram their phones with.

We are an iPhone family. I have the 7+; hubby has the X and loves it. Resolution on his photos is definitely superior, although mine is pretty good, much better than on older models. 

The one that fits youe elctronic ecosystem. Mine is Apple.

Verizon appears to be a good service provider and the iphone performs well enough. I have learned over the years of use via experimenting that the smaller the phone the better for my business/personal models. Be aware apple will come out with new product in a few short months if you can wait

The one who has the best camera in low lighting as well as in the day. Also, specification and software architecture must be pro enough. I would recommend buying a Samsung S10+ as it will serve your purpose for both work and personal lifestyle.

I have the Samsung 9, and love it.  Photos and videos turn out great.   

My last few phones were iPhones. Probably my next one, also. Carrier is Verizon.

I use Iphone, ipad, mac for last 15 years. It is just easy. But I do upgrade my iphone to the latest every two years. 

My first smartphone was an Iphone 3.  Then the Samsung Galaxy Note came out.  Wanted that big screen.  People laughed at me for the hunker of a big phone.  Now I laugh.  Just upgraded from a Note 4 to a Note 9.  I still have some issues with the 9 because I was used to the 4 features but the camera is great and the capabilities are great.  I just have to learn the new features because there is so many.  The battery is good and the storage is great. Cost not so much.  But I have been on ATT since they were Cingular so have NO complaints on that score.  But coverage totally depends on your area.  We have traveled and not had issues with coverage whereas the Verizon and Sprint people had no coverage (that was years ago also so take it with a grain of salt). 

I am a Samsung Galaxy S10+ user as well. I love the size and am glad I went wit the + this time. My son has a Pixel 3 and loves it - he is more techie than I am. I am always complimented on the photos my phone takes and think the Pixel takes photos just as well if not better. 

For me, it is more about the service than the phone.  I know so many people that rave about the low monthly fees and every time I talk to them the call drops and they rant about their carrier. 

If you are not very tech savvy then I would recommend one of the newer Iphones. Iphones are easier to use plus you already own one so you should be familiar with its interface. 

If not, The Samsung and Pixel are both excellent options. Samsung has newer technology so def Samsung over Pixel. 

They all have high-quality cameras so I guess it doesn't matter but I personally have a S9. I like Androids because you can install Apps outside the APP store. I mean, I have never done this and probably never will but knowing I have the option is nice lolol
