Don't fall for this.
He wants free backlinks.
I would think someone running a business could afford a couple hundred dollars per year.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions. Again I am not looking to write myself. I find it time consuming and am not proficient writer either. I am on a paid account.
I am simply looking for someone who can write couple meaningful articles relevant to my business, and yes with the main purpose of getting links to my own website. There is nothing shameful about it. The whole sacred purpose of this website is generating leads, one way or another. I am willing to pay for this gig.
For those who wish me luck, thanks a lot.

Marte Cliff is a copywriter than can help you. I do not suggest this for a blog. It's supposed to be about you, how you do your business, etc.

I would suggest upgrading to a paid account.
You can hire freelance writers from a variety of places to write for you that can be published on your blog.
Marte Cliff the person suggested below is someone that knows the real estate industry very well.
Best wishes.

Alex,
You have some wonderful suggestions. However, in my opinion writing your own content is always best. A blog is not a Pullitzer or Nobel Prize project, it is your voice. A

my suggestion: buy grammarly or Auto Crit or consistency checker or one of the free writing/editing softwares. Using editing software will help your writing skills as it points out your most common errors and you writing will improve. You can also write a list with bullet points on Word and spell check and paste to your blog

Writing DOES take effort. First to be of interest to any reader, the writer needs to catch a clue. Then present the transformation or empowerment in a manner that will compel action.
As a 'flipper' your whole scheme is to find that unicorn that every flipper, investor, sweat equity newbie and agent is looking for. We recently had a request from an agent to help with finding investment property, East of the Mississippi, off market with a distressed owner. The unicorns wear many suits.
If you need help writing, you should be aware 'Writing is the 9th most requested service in the gig economy.' So put a offer on CraigsList.
However, you will get the best results recruiting from those with intimate knowledge of real estate and investing and human nature. YOU DO NOT WANT ONE WHO IS EXPERT OF PROJECTING THE REAL ESTATE AGENT MESSAGE. The readers of such stuff are not your prospects.
Here is my advise, and take note I would have no interest in further conversation until you have these results.
Make your self a shill and request a quote from the many eBuyer companies like Offer Pad and Zillow. When you know how they are doing their thing, exactly how, then you will have caught a clue and have something to talk about.
Let's face it, 60% of value you are going to offfer or 90 percent of value from offer pad. That is what you are up against. So, knowing what the owner wants is CRUCIAL and conveying and creating the trust equal MAGIC.
Best of luck finding the visionary writer.
