no, I was raised by my biological mother and father... I miss my father and I know how proud he'd be of all of his grand children; great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.... he died at the age of 58 when 2 of his grandchildren were only 3 & 4....

My father did very little "raising" me Wanda Kubat-Nerdin - Wanda Can! although he lived under the same roof. My dad was an excellent provider but that was his focus... making money. That is why I decided I was going to actually RAISE my kids. I've been there for them every day for them. I've passed up many listing opportunities and more because I know what it's like to be ignored as a kid by a work-a-holic parent.

No, but I certainly am knowlegeable about step parenting.  A- my daughter has my husband who is the best daddy ever, but not by birth and I am the step mom to his two boys. My daughter also had another step parent... doesn't fall into the hero department.  She spent my daughter's entire life resenting her.
