I stopped drinking coffee. Looking for better health and too cut teh cream and sugar i was having with it. It stopped my heart burn and racing heart too. The Doc said to try Iced tea and now i have a cup of that with splenda and no calories.

For me it doesn't really matter. When I do have coffee I enjoy it but my morning and day run fine with or without it. And of course it would depend on the coffee. 20 - 30 years ago - a coffee and a smoke sitting on the front porch on a nice sunny 65ish degree Saturday morning was a true pleasure moment.
