Drones are part of my marketing and have been for a good while. Truly I think we need less technology and more heart. We have plenty of technology, so much is not worth a damn.

I want a button, like the Staples "Easy" button, that I can push to make stupid agents smart John Smith .

We've been using a Drone long before one needed to be licensed....now we pay our photographer for aerial photos....  

I agree with Candice A. Donofrio there's more than enough technology to choose from.... some of it is junk.... we need more face to face; people to people marketing...not everyone is online.... listings come from offline marketing....and we're fortunate that so many depend on online marketing.... I'll pay the money and continue with offline.... we get new listings every week....

My biggest need is being able to mark TEXT MESSAGES as unread like we can emails. I will check texts at stop lights and then what I read gets covered up with new texts. 

Know of any such animal?

On the whole, we have more than enough technology. Our clients want a personal touch. There is more technology out there than most of us can absorb or become proficient at. And it will be a cold day in hell before an Alexa is spying on me in my house or office!

I think we have too much technology as it is... and most of it (like Aug Reality) is just too gimmicky.

What works and performs is the tool necessary. So far so good with current tecnology that is ever-improving. Better, faster & cheaper works for me

I would wish for improvements with the ActiveRain platform. 

I can't wait for self-driving cars. How about a droid that can show homes when I am on vacation? Even better, how about an AI bot that can invest my money and make me rich while I nap.

Go invent the test taker for me please, licensed in many states takes big time and money. I know of no one who wants an Alexa for real estate

When people go to one of the online portals to get a value on their home, I'd like to see a pop-up come up that says: "A computer algorithm cannot give you an accurate value on your home. Call a local expert."

A CRM which allowed easy and clean import of multiple entries on excel sheets from multiple sources without the need of massaging the data on the sheets.

Such data is worth paying for.

I once sat in on a meeting and the broker stated, "I have $25,000 to spend on anything you agents want. I'm open to take your suggestions."

Office copier, coffee maker....all really stupid stuff without a eye to growing business or positioning for the future. If you are intending on selling something to veteran real estate agents you should be advised they only pay for these things: a way to do it easier, a way to do it faster, a way to do it cheaper, and way to do it better. In that list is not LEARN SOMETHING NEW.

So, John, knowing nothing about you I don't know if you are collecting innovative stuff to include as your ideas in a pitch you are about to make to someone else or if you work for a marketing company or even you may be the technology developer for Zdevil or KW!  Gasp!!!!

More data needed regarding your question.

I suggest understanding that what agents need is a value added way to generate more quality leads, not coddling the clients already on board or working with other agents. Don't over look the phrase VALUE ADDED.
