I remember a few companies here on AR that suggested that they were able to get this kind of neighborhood info and targeting.

One even sponsored a contest a few years ago.

UPDATE: after original response I do recall an app called "If This Then That" that combined with Google bots could produce the type of content you describe, but please still share the examples.

I know that my Roomba vacuum often gathers content.  Dirt mostly, I'd say.  Trash of sorts too.

It could be a custom written program/script.

Some years ago I remember a company offering such service. It was expensive. An agent I sponsored developed her own for her marketing area and took over the market.

Nope.

There are services that do this.  One guy out here uses Artifakt Digital for his sites.  Much the same type of stuff.  Price ranges, stats, pluses and minuses, listings, schools, places to eat & shop, even a video that uses the front of many houses (I'm sure without their permission).  Thankfully not mine, or I'd have some words for him.

I'm sure there are other vendors that can do this.  If you want to message me his site, I might be able to figure out who he uses or at least how he does it.

Our MLS offers a company that does this.

I have a web designer that does that for me and, I think, 4 other MLSs in the nation. He pulls data differently. The only issue with him is that you have to continue to request the data be updated so that it is current.

 Need to write a few lines of queries and download as cvs files. From there you populate into different fields of interest. Not sure about images. SQL/
