Irritates me when these irrelevent sites require a password, then their security is lax and they let out passwords that may be used for important sites.

If you entered your generic password - you know the ones - kid's name with date of birth or 1234567# or whatever now you must establish a new junk email password and change it everywhere. Go to your junk email and see old incoing messages which will trigger memory as to where you have a user and password...
