My side business is spiritual counseling and I have done it off and on for 40 years. It has nothing to do with real estate and yet I do get questions from those who are house hunting or trying to sell a business, who consult with astrologers to find the right timing. I umpire during baseball season(s). Youth baseball tournaments start in mid-Feb, high school ball is March thru June, with Legion and youth tournaments into early Aug. Then fall ball from early Sept until mid-Oct. Keeps me active and on the ball field. Doesn't take as much time as coaching and easier on my knees. Also a chance to network.
