Another zestimate type company. They partnered with Nextdoor to provide real estate valuations. Many other companies do the same thing. Probably too soon to tell how accurate their valuations are, and many similar companies just pull info from public records, so they can never be 100% accurate.

I've never paid for leads.... never will.... I market offline for listings and online, if and when I want buyers.....I don't want buyers.... the team members are listing agents....

Of course they are worth investigating. Any service provider will give you a FREE TRIAL. Just DON'T give any of them your CC# until they prove they can deliver. Once they have your CC # all they need to do the final week is avoid your calls and then they caught one.

Now, have you identified a need your business has?
Does this solve that need?
Is this just a shiny thing offered by a smooth talker?

So, let's start another question and brain storm about what you REALLY need.
