If I understand you correctly my answer is YES! From day one (due to past business experience) I suggest agents hire a secretary to take care of almost everything except Selling and Marketing.

I'm one of those control freaks who MUST do all the tasks herself.... I never wanted anyone involed in my transactions.... if there was an error, it would be mine....trust me, there were no errors!!!! that's why I did it myself.

now, to answer your question, there's not a task that could not be delegated EXCEPT FOR THE LISTING PRESENTATION ITSELF.... that must be done by the listing agent....

Delegating Qs by many members may improve the section.

I have yet to find someone who completes many tasks either more quickly or better than I do. By the time I provide guidance, check the work, etc. I can do it myself. So, I don't necessarily agree.

Of course (I think). Life provides many lessons. Delegation is one. Follow-Up too. 

I am a one person business model, so I do it all Will. Now, things outside the scope of my expertise and knowledge are definitely referred out!

Spending valuable time laboring over doing something that an expert can do faster and better is foolish.   Delegation is a valuable skill.

I have internationally outsourced for around 15 years.

I have recently learned to do this outside of work. I typically like to try to learn and do things myself but am learning that sometimes, your time is more valuable. So, for the most part, I agree with you Will. 

Yes, agree.

Delegation is fine, but when I've done it in the corporate world I've always had to redo the work.  Better off doing it myself.  Full control and I know it will get done right!
