Not often enough - my website is fairly neglected at this point. However, I'm not sure about something. I'm not sure if it's worth the time and energy to keep it up to snuff. Not too much of my biz comes from my website these days and I'm not sure if it's because I'm not doing a great job maintaining my site or if webleads just are not what they used to be.

Great question.

My critical websites are checked every 5 min by a service called siteuptime.com.
There are free services out there also.

The forms are constantly being "checked" by leads. If leads stop, I know there's something wrong.

A good thing to do with form results, in addition to getting an email, is to also add the results to a database. Emails fail for many reasons, at least this way the inquiry will be recorded in a database.

A lot more often than I used to. After my wife pointed out that our IDX wasn't working I figured out that when they merged MLS's the links we had expired & I did not know. I don't schedule times to check it but I am definitely looking at it closer on a monthly basis.
