I didn't have time to read the article but I will say I think a lot of the time it's because I pickup my phone. You might be surprised how much lost business is due to agents who put everything into voicemail. That's atleast what I've heard. Plus, I'm great at this.

proper representation is a key component today....

also, branding has a lot to do with our business.... I've devoted decades to branding when others did not brand themselves....THE PROMOTED THEIR OFFICE.... the office was always visible, if you had a magnifying glass in hand..... 

they all had the option of dismissing me, but opted not to!!!  that was greed and it worked to my future advatage ...

As for the article, it pretty much states what I've been doing/saying forever in my listing and buyer presentations.... that my clients know what to expect before, during, and after the process and why I do what I do the way I do. We do.  That is a great way to state one's values, however, in my opinion way too much to read and too many reasons.  In our world today,  many are so impatient they cannot get beyond 50 words, let alone understand them fully. saying the most with the fewest words works best.  A

Great question.  My background is different than the typical real estate agent.  I do not sell properties or repesent buyers.  I think that people (agents) do business with me (license with my brokerage) because they trust that my motives are to help them generage the most business possible for their success.
