Heading north.

it is the time of day, the sun is making the morning horizon pink, and I point the tips of my running shoes north. The next hour is going to be brutal, but I'll feel SO GOOD when the pain stops.

But this is just whining compared to those who we have come to know who face REAL daily challenges. To these I hope the source of restorative spring waters of life provide their daily strength.

10:20 pm.  My body clock tells me to fall asleep and I have to fight that urge.  After 10 minutes I'm fine and can keep going for hours if needed.
