Publish your number here and I bet you will find many will call. Maybe with a solution as well as other intriguing options.

1. That's a very old generation phone. I had one of those years ago.
2. Why don't you call Samsung?

Seeing that you're a commercial real estate agent. Sell something, than buy a new phone, probably the best solution! Your phone is kind of ancient.

The S3 is very old technology. It may be fried. Otherwise, my advice is to go to:
Settings
Sounds and vibration
Ringtone
* * * * *
Or you can go to:
Settings
Sounds and Vibration
Volume

The phone is antique. I would save the hasstle and purchase a new phone with new technology. The Iphone 11 is fantastic for business or save a ton of money gettint the Iphone X. If is is a Samsung you prefer, go with the Galaxy 10.

the SamSung S4, which I am using, before I also had the same ringtone problem, I also tried everything, like on a reputable ringtone website, https://tonosdellamadagratis.net/. But it didn't work, and I took my phone to a repair shop. then my phone, software error to upgrade android, it's funny.
