The phone is antique. I would save the hasstle and purchase a new phone with new technology. The Iphone 11 is fantastic for business or save a ton of money gettint the Iphone X. If is is a Samsung you prefer, go with the Galaxy 10.

the SamSung S4, which I am using, before I also had the same ringtone problem, I also tried everything, like on a reputable ringtone website, https://tonosdellamadagratis.net/. But it didn't work, and I took my phone to a repair shop. then my phone, software error to upgrade android, it's funny.
