#'s 1 and 2 are both yawners to me Annette Lawrence , Palm Harbor, FL 727-420-4041 . If I saw a T-shirt with the saying you are suggesting I think I'd find it offensive. We all have our moments and I need to remind myself constantly to hear God's voice through his son Jesus Christ my lord and savior.

Having thoughts that the population is angry or hostile is not a mindset that aligns with my thinking.  This is a version that resonates with me.

There is no "real" communication with an agry person let alone and angry mob/population. The first step would be to get them up out of anger and into at least bordom before any rational conversation could take place.

Someone that's angry doesn't listen or process data logically  - they react like a push button response and often the reaction (whether it's verbal or physical reaction) and that reaction is often not logical or appropriate for the situation at hand. It's some kind of automatic, knee jerk, response. Kind of like poking a bear with a stick.

Not sure I like either of the options either!

Angry and hostile is not a sector I attempt to engage with. Life is short. I choose to be happy and hang out with happy people.  That's not to say we don't all have our frustrations. Then, it's just a matter of finding a solution. If there is no solution, I move on.

None of the above. I am working to be careful as people are so easily offended by everything these days.

Let me share with you. It was right after the last election. People were freaked because Trump won. We were standing out for our Veterans Day Poppy Drive, it was cold enough for a heavier jacket...the zipper tab had broken off so I got a very large and sturdy safety pin to use as the new up and down tab. A lady approached me and said "I'm glad you are safe to talk to." "????" I asked how she knew. Her reply "Because you are wearing a safety pin." "????" I asked what that meant. She said it was to identify those that didn't vote for Trump.  I thanked her for her donation. The American Legion is non-partisan. I had no idea about the safety pin Ever since then the world has changed.

I'm not fully understanding the question, but for me I like a combo of the two.  "Changed Eyes, Changes Everything" reads better for me.

As far a slogans go along these lines, I like "With open eyes, an open heart, and an open mind, you can change the world."   Not sure if I just made that up or not, but feel free to pay me a royalty.  LOL!

Not sure what this is for other than a T-shirt. If it is just to print on a T-shirt (perhaps to sell), then I'd go with #1. If it is really to get people not to be angry there may be other solutions.

I always liked the saying "Mean people suck".

I also like the saying "People like nice people".

But if you insist on engaging difficult people then I would go with "Kill them with kindness".

What angry and hostile population? What are they angry and hostile about? Why would I need to concern myself with that population? Can't say I've encountered angy and hostile populations. Sounds like a gross over-generalization to me.

I also happen to despise "message" clothing, especially on t-shirts. (They are just so ridiculously trite) I ignore all messages on clothing and personally own only plain, black t-shirts that I wear to the gym. Outside the gym you won't ever catch me wearing a t-shirt.
