The only way I see a third party being able to do this, is by creating fake profiles for each client, then entering the review in their behalf.

This won't work with Google because they are very good at sniffing out "fake" reviews. Not sure about the others - Zillow, Trulia, Yelp, etc.

Your best bet is to ask for reviews on the top 2-3 and provide the links and all pertinent info for your clients to do it. Don't make them work too hard.

If you are suggesting that you wish to post the reviews on the client's behalf, I suspect you have a problem. What would prevent anyone from posting fake reviews if that was possible. The person posting the review has to leave a trail...usually a name or email address...which will not be your client's.

Your client, should they wish to do so, could go to various sites and cut and past the review.

There is no one site or service that puts the review on multiple sites.  TrustPilot only works with a couple sites.

There is at least one company that provides a service that does this, but I don't remember name or cost.  I just remember the cost was higher than I was willing to pay.

No because each of the major players sites has their own set of rules for adding reviews- you need a login for each, you can't post from the same IP address repeatedly, you have to be the source leaving the review per the TOS and they have algorhythms in place to delete your review if it looks like you mass produced or faked it.

How about having them post the reviews on your website?  I have several wonderful reviews on Trulia, but since they were bought out by Zillow and then changed the website all reviews are now gone.  I have several reviews on LinkedIn and hopefully, they will stay.

It seems to me there's a company named Real Satisfied or something like that. They 'syndicate' from one source, I think. I don't use them but, remember someone selling that product on a call a few years back.

Good questions. I was wondering the same. I have heard there is something out there.

I get emails all the time from internet marketers that want to sell me the service. So far, I just hit delete, doubt its worth the $.

I don't think this is possible, but perhaps others smarter than me have some thoughts!

If you do not get a compliant consider they are happy with your service. The ones I get are put up by those with time and interest.

Tammy & Andy have theirs in their pre-listing presentation binder.... but I think it's only Z that has them....

They will always need to make their post on Z, but you should be able to copy and paste to other sites.

I have always thought that having such reviews on our own website would allow them to show up on all of the other websites that we sign ourselves up on with a profile, assuming we list our website address.

I am only concerned with reviews on the local level. National sites, especially the ones that are inaccurate and not held accountable do not interest me. Good luck to you Simon!

If someone truly wants to give you a good review (or a bad one, for that matter), it's easy to copy and paste and go to the different sites.
