blogging is as good as any other method.... I like Facebook, too.... especially to market listings.... or open house events.... 

if you need and/or want buyers, do open house events on Saturday and Sunday.... just for a couple of hours each day.... blast the marketing....especially to the neighbors...invite everyone.... the more people you meet, the greater the chance of finding new business....

Depends on what your focus is on. I wear "a lot of hats". Today was spent getting ready for a closing tomorrow (Final HUD approval with bank, attorneys, scheduling, Invoice and talking to client, buyers agent and bank), meeting an Appraiser on a short sale I am doing, answering buyer calls, opening a door for an exterminator at condo where I have the buyers, preparing for a 2nd closing coming up soon (Invoice, deposit slip, email) and downloading photos for a new listing and setting up a new listing as Incoming on MLS. What's missing?


Prospectng. Too busy to do it today.

Most effective use of my time...hmmm, I choose to change that to most BENEFICIAL use of my time.

Lately, what I have found beneficial in stimulating the creative juices is taking place in the kitchen. I have a sound track of 28 minute duration. I start the music and enter the kitchen and using whatever is available to create a meal I have not attempted before and have it on the table by the final tune.

It is surprising what one can create from pedestrian ingredients. My faborite side is zesty skillet cornbread.

Business challenges now start with, 'What do I have to work with?"
