I've listed & sold quite a few old houses that are said to be haunted. Our office also has a ghost that a few have seen over the years , but they have never appeared when I'm around.

Andrew,  I have not listed a haunted house.  I've listed many homes people have died in and although that carries a stigma for many people, all the homes sold.

Nope never had one but I did have a psychic lady tell me that the old seller was hovering behind me in an open house.

My very first listing came about because the owner died...in the house. No ghostly presence was detected to my knowledge.

Sold many old houses, never noticed ghosts, if they were there then they probably conveyed with the home.

Not sure whether the home is haunted or not but I've had buyers telling me that they felt uneasy when walking up the stairs on a couple homes.

No but I did show a house where the concrete was taken out downstairs with a 5 foot pile of mounded dirt in the center of the main room and an old door that was locked with multiple padlocks. The hair on the back of my neck stood on end and we hightailed it out of there!

There was one in town that was haunted.  Stuff moved on it's own and all sorts of "spookiness."  It sold to a company that did haunted house events.  For good money too.
