Major plans? I would say not.

Do I have marketing exploration in progress? Of course.

One initiative was inspired by an AR question. Do agents pursue rental business?  So, I will explore finding a more precise identification of the optimal time to get the unintended landlord to raise their hand. Once identified, the marketing can be automated. Does not seem important until you actually think about the progression and the opportunities between acquiring and exiting as well as creating the space to demonstrate authority..
